These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Nurvex Studio website and to any enquiry you make with us. By using the site you agree to these Terms. Paid work is governed by these Terms together with the proposal or written agreement for that project.

1. About us

Nurvex Studio ("Nurvex", "we", "us") is a digital studio based in Hyderabad, India, offering web and app development, custom software, POS and inventory systems, WhatsApp automation, marketplace and e-commerce management, digital marketing and branding services.

2. Use of the website

• You may use this site for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

3. Services and proposals

Each project is defined by a written proposal, quote or agreement that sets out scope, timeline, deliverables and fees. Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be quoted separately. Timelines depend on you providing content, feedback and approvals on time.

4. Fees and payment

• Fees, currency and payment schedule are set out in the proposal or invoice.
• Work may begin after an advance or first milestone payment, as stated in the proposal.
• Late payments may pause work and delay delivery. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ad spend, licences, marketplace or platform fees) are paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
• Advance and milestone payments are non-refundable for work already carried out.

5. Client responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content, logos, images and materials you give us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

6. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, excluding third-party assets, open-source components and our pre-existing tools, frameworks and code libraries, which remain licensed under their own terms or remain ours. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

8. Results and performance

We work to deliver strong outcomes, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales, revenue, rankings, ad performance or growth, as these depend on factors outside our control. Figures and achievements shown on this site describe past experience and are not a promise of future results.

9. Third-party platforms

Some services rely on platforms such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Shopify and payment providers. Their policies, fees, outages and account decisions are outside our control, and you are responsible for complying with their terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurvex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

11. Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, after both sides have first tried in good faith to resolve it directly.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
